Shipping Policy
At PaperOnly, we aim to dispatch your thermal paper orders promptly and provide reliable delivery across Australia.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Method
We primarily ship via Aramex courier services.
Please Note:
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
- A valid physical street address must be provided at checkout
- Orders submitted with PO Box addresses may be cancelled or delayed
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate and complete.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by location:
Eastern States Metro (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA)
2–6 business days
Western Australia (WA) & Northern Territory (NT)
5–12 business days
Regional & Remote Areas (All States)
7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Courier network limitations
- Remote locations
- Weather disruptions
- Peak periods
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
4. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Unless otherwise requested, parcels may be left at the delivery address if deemed safe by the courier.
If you require signature on delivery, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
5. Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect
- Delivery refusal
Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos immediately
- Retain all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will assist with investigation and resolution where appropriate.
7. Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.
